Watering restrictions: Leander is currently in Phase 2 - irrigation one day a week by address, early morning or late evening. Hand watering any time. Phase 2 allows adding water to a pool only to protect the equipment or the structure, not to run a full fill. Check the city’s water conservation page for the current phase before you schedule.
