Why Central Texas Sites Call Us

  • 💧Water only - clean water from a TCEQ-approved public supply. We don’t add anything to it.
  • 🎯Controlled application, not a flood - we apply at a rate the surface absorbs. Water that runs off carrying sediment is a bigger problem than the dust was, and it puts mud on the public road. We’d rather make two passes than one sloppy one.
  • 🗺️We work around your drainage - before we start we walk the area for ponds, stock tanks, creeks and storm inlets, and stay clear of them. Most haulers don’t look.
  • 📋We’ll tell you what to expect - water works while it’s wet. On a hot day with traffic on it, that’s not all day, and we’ll say so before you book, not after.
  • ⏱️We show up when we said we would - same-day usually available. For sites that need it daily, we run a standing schedule so you’re not calling every morning.

Who We Water For

  • 🚧Construction & site work - haul roads, pads, stockpiles and open ground, on a schedule that fits your earthwork. If you’ve bid TxDOT work you know the line item: Item 204, “Sprinkling (Dust Control).” Same work, on private sites. One thing most haulers won’t mention is that over-watering can cost you a compaction test, so we coordinate with your site super rather than emptying a tank and driving off.
  • ⛏️Quarries, pits & crushers - crushers, screens, transfer points, stockpiles and in-plant roads. We supplement what your fixed system can’t reach: the roads between, the stockpiles at the far end of the yard, and the days your own water truck is down.
  • 🐴Arenas, events & rodeo grounds - footing needs consistent moisture to ride right and to keep dust out of horses’ and riders’ airways. Nobody around here offers this as a service; the market is people selling you a water trailer to run yourself. We bring the truck and the operator, and we add nothing to the water.
  • 🛻Private & HOA unpaved roads - a dry caliche road in August coats every house on it. If your HOA or road association handles its own maintenance, we can put the road on a schedule and bill it as one account, so you’re not collecting from twelve neighbors every time.

How It Works

STEP 1

Tell us about the site

Location, what’s generating the dust, how big an area, once or on a schedule. You’ll talk to the owner, not a call center.

STEP 2

We check access and drainage

Gate codes, where the truck can sit, where the water goes - and where it shouldn’t.

STEP 3

We apply it right

At a rate the surface takes, from firm ground. On a multi-pass job we work with your super on timing.

STEP 4

You get a record

Date, volume applied, area covered - in writing, if you ever need to show someone the site was being watered.

What It Costs

Dust control starts at $305 per 2,000-gallon load

Most sites need more than one load, and more than one pass. Tell us the area and we’ll give you a real number - including what a full day or a standing schedule costs - before we roll a truck.

No trip charges buried in the invoice. No fuel surcharge.

Scheduled Dust Control Routes

Some sites need water once. Most need it again.

For sites that need it regularly, we run a standing schedule instead of a phone call every morning:

During active earthwork - multiple passes per working day, timed with your grading crew.
Weekly or twice-weekly - private roads, HOA subdivisions and arenas.
Event schedule - booked around your calendar.

A standing route means you’re not waiting on availability in August, and we can plan the day around you. Routes run under a simple written agreement. Ask about route pricing.

Dust Control Questions

Have more questions? Call or text 512-900-8363.

+Do you use any chemicals or additives?
No. We don’t add anything to the water. It’s drinking water from a TCEQ-approved public supply - which carries a chlorine residual like any tap water - and nothing else.
+How long does one application last?
It depends on heat, wind, surface and traffic. A shaded arena in October holds for hours. A caliche haul road at 100° with loaded trucks on it does not. Sites that need dust down all day need multiple passes, which is what our scheduled routes are for.
+How much water does my site need?
Depends on the area, the surface and the traffic. Tell us roughly how many square feet or how long the road is and we’ll give you a straight estimate rather than guessing high.
+Can you come every day?
Yes. Daily, multiple times daily during active earthwork, or weekly - whatever the site needs.
+Will the water run off my site?
Not if it’s applied correctly. We apply at a rate the surface absorbs, and we stay clear of ponds, stock tanks, creeks and storm inlets. We’d rather make a second pass than flood it.
+Can you water an arena?
Yes, and it’s one of our favorite jobs. Footing needs consistent moisture to ride right and to keep dust out of horses’ and riders’ airways. We can work around an event schedule.
+Do you bring your own water?
We do - clean water from an approved source, hauled to you in a 2,000-gallon tanker. If you have your own water on site and want us to use it, call us; that’s a different conversation.
+What about drought restrictions?
Restrictions come from your water provider and from ours, and they change with drought stage. We’ll tell you honestly where things stand when you call rather than promising service in August we can’t deliver.
+What does it cost?
Dust control starts at $305 per 2,000-gallon load in our primary service area, with scheduled routes priced below one-off service.
