Where Cedar Park’s water comes from. Surface water from Lake Travis, treated at the city’s own Don Webster plant and the BCRUA plant it co-owns with Leander and Round Rock, with a Round Rock interconnect as backup.
Watering restrictions: Cedar Park is currently in Stage 1, where filling new and existing pools is expressly permitted. Even addresses Sunday and Thursday, odd Wednesday and Saturday, commercial Tuesday and Friday, before 10 a.m. or after 7 p.m. Note Block House MUD buys its water from Cedar Park but bills separately - same water, different bill.
