How It Works

STEP 1

We walk the site

We look at your well or water source, pick the spot, check trailer access and size the tank to how you use water. You get a written quote before anything is ordered.

STEP 2

We build the pad

A tank this size needs a level, compacted base. We build a framed crushed granite pad sized to the tank, or set it on an existing slab if it’s sound.

STEP 3

We set and install the system

Tank delivered and set, then the booster pump, pressure tank, pump saver and low-water alert installed and plumbed as one working system.

STEP 4

We fill it

Your first load is on us, straight from our own truck. After that, we’re a phone call away whenever the tank gets low.

What It Costs

Complete 2,500-gallon systems start at $8,995

That’s the tank, booster pump, pressure tank, pump saver, low-water alert, installation and your first load of water. Crushed granite pads are available and quoted with your system. Final price depends on tank size, distance from your well or the house, and site access.

Tank Sizes

2,500 gallons is the size we recommend for most homes.

There’s a simple reason for it. Our truck carries 2,000 gallons. A 2,500-gallon tank takes a full load while you still have water in it, so you order a delivery when the tank gets low - not after the taps run dry.

2,500 gallons - our standard. Takes a full delivery with water to spare.

3,000 gallons - more cushion between deliveries.

5,000 gallons - for bigger households, livestock or properties with no other water source.

Larger - on request.

A lot of the systems we see were added onto over the years until nobody could tell what did what. We’ll strip it back, reset it and leave you with something you can actually maintain.

+How big a tank do I need?

For most homes, 2,500 gallons. It holds a full 2,000-gallon delivery with water still in the tank, so you’re never waiting on a truck with dry taps. Bigger households, livestock and properties with no other water source may want 3,000 or 5,000, and we size it at the site visit.

+Do I need a pad?

Yes. A full 2,500-gallon tank weighs more than ten tons, and it needs a level, compacted base under it. We build crushed granite pads sized to the tank, or use an existing slab if it’s sound.

+My well is slow. Will a storage tank help?

Usually, yes. The well fills the tank at whatever rate it can manage, and the house draws from the tank through the booster pump. You stop asking the well for more than it has.

+What happens if the tank runs dry?

The pump saver shuts the booster pump off so it doesn’t burn itself out running on air, and the low-water alert gives you warning well before that. Call us and we’ll fill it.

+Can you fill it once it’s in?

Yes, and the first load is included with every new install. After that, it’s the part we started with: potable water from a TCEQ-approved public water system, 2,000 gallons a load, and standing refill schedules for tanks that need it.

+Can you work on a system someone else installed?

Yes. We take apart setups that grew piece by piece and rebuild them properly.
